Syd: Im in no way short on this stock, just as you put it, maybe a good snooper, although my portfolio, including NVID and DROM would indicate otherwise. It is through these experiences that I have learned, unfortunately, the hard way, about S reg shares. It should be a question that everyone asks when doing due dilly, because as you all know, the IR people certainly will not voluntarily tell you about S reg shares. These shares can occur, especially with these penny issues. Bottom line is, ALWAYS ALWAYS ask about S reg shares.

I smiled when I read your allegations regarding my position, since Ive made similar allegations regarding individuals on NVID.

MTEN could be a great investment, however ones eyes should always be open to all angles, including S reg shares.

I am a little uncormfortable that Cavior will not tell us of the current agreement regarding S reg shares, since they are currently renegotiating. Does that means if they dont complete neg, they will tell us??

This could be after all of the S reg shares are already in the float? Good luck to us all. After DROM and NVID, I need a good 1997. GG
