BTW, did you notice the Senate shelved the H1-B bill handed them by Congress? No I didnt know that. Well isnt that interesting. I wonder how the current H1-B visa people will be treated in the upcoming recession vs. the others.... do the companies that hire them need to honor a contract of sorts until they get their green cards etc? What happens if there is a layoff during their stay? Michelle
