Matt, Well if Coke is a brand and not a comodity, then USR is a brand and not a commodity. I could go on. The parallels are indisputable. Any argument you can make for coke you can make for usr modems. Lots of people make softdrinks. lots of people make modems. Most people prefer coke. Most people prefer usrx modems. Steve
