just learned some good news. Mutual Shares (Michael Price) increased ownership of TMAR from 11% to 15% over the past few weeks. They're buying. According to TMAR nothing fundamental has changed regarding their balance sheet. They state that most of Management can not buy now until after earnings are announced. They did not anticipate the share price to ever drop this low (they just returned my call, this info comes from them)
