Chris, you may well be right in your outlook for VTSS. Three weeks is probably as long as this part of the rally can endure. The charts are starting to shape up, and MSH (Morgan Stanley Hi-Tech Index) just gave a BUY. That puts us out a week or so before things start to nose over again. Plenty of time for some nice trades!
