John, Is there any way that you could be more off base here?

If the same reasoning that everyone is applying here applied to criminal law in general, it would be illegal to question rapists about their sexual activity. It would be illegal to question child molesters about their sexual activity. Rapists, Child Pornographers, people with HIV that go around infecting other people intentionally, etc have all lost their right to privacy regarding sexual activity because the crossed the bar into illegal behavior.

Uh theres a large difference here between Clinton and a rapist. That difference is, the criminality of the act itself. If you commit a sexual crime then yes, you have lost your right to privacy. If you do not commit a sexual crime then what are you saying? Clinton committed perjury you say... now what does a G-string have to do with that huh? Do we all need to know the specifics of this? NO.

Question for you - lets say I steal a bed from a furniture store. Is is correct in a criminal proceeding against me to delve into the specifics of my sex life then?
