As the market moving down, he revised his forcast to dow 6500-7000 and as soon as the market reversed upward he flip flop his position once again. I think I can forcast his prediction better than he can forcast the market. Just look at the market, you know what Ralph is going to make. Anyway, Ralph's comments are always welcome here.
