Very Comprehensive, Mr. Cooper. Thanks much. The little story
I had seen on the news left some doubts as to what INSS was up to.

This makes it clear, IMO, that INSS has made this acquisition to
enhance its' current business. It does not represent a venture
into a new business.

We'll have to see how the analysts view it.
