I would think that is actually positive- previously- when we were here, we had not had capitulation and some stocks were still hanging on. Now almost everything is pretty far down from a high, and those last hold outs have been sold as well. As long as the AD line improves I think that is more important right now than the new high/new low. But I am still not convinced one way or the other as to what this rally is. I just agree that the new high/new low may not be the best thing to look at.
