I'd say they will be on Nasdaq soon enough. Most canadian hi tech companies are very aware of valuation disparity between TSE and Nasdaq. Once on nasdaq, valuation on TSE is really based on prices on Nasdaq * exchange rate. Last week another fast growing montreal based SI, CGI Group, was listed on NYSE. I am sure companies such as JDS and Geac (GAC) are not too far behind.

I have no hard facts but projecting based on history.
