My understanding of the situation with the multiple divisions is that they are bringing separate businesses together under an umbrella (pan american) then each team has its own goals and president. For instance Affordable housing has Joe Sanker heading it up, Realty Money Center will have Dave Williams Heading it up, PatientAlliance will have William Black, Insider trading has a Susan U heading it up. I am told that each division will compete to be the key business of Pan American. John Schmitz heads up the whole team. Now who is bankrolling the whole thing is not known at the moment. I Believe (My opionion no facts yet) that executive mortgage of New York is in someway sponsoring or financing all of this. There are also the video phones that anthony Chinotti brought to the table (The video phone company was actually going to merge with PRWT first, but that merger was cancelled and Pan American picked up the ball) The whole story has not unfolded yet. To be sure, there are a lot of loose ends to tie up. The whole deal does not appear to be a MTEI or aznt in the making.
