<Could they actually take the company private?> Steven, keep in mind that this has not been throughly researched & is only @ a glance as no Wstl detail was covered. Ive been informed that yes this could be done @ the market price or bumped up a little & a legal battle would be of little consequence to them. It was also brought up that this could be done as a defensive move. All of the above is unlikely though as it would take Wstl additional financing.... Dug
