Listened to the CC replay. Wasn't till after all the fluff that the truth started to emerge. Guy from Morgan Stanley started to pin them down. If I might paraphrase his inquiry into one question: How the fuck did you spend $125MM (with depressed stock) on a company with $6MM in sales? And INSS swears that it will not be dilutive going forward. I hope past success hasn't convinced INSS they can win at roulette. jas.
