Yes, they announced in August a buyback of 350,000 shares. In addition, they said various directors and executives intended on buying another 200,000 themselves.

Since I presume they were well aware of the lower-than-expected Q3 results back then, it stands to reason that they would've held off until they made this announcement. Sound reasonable?
