go to yahoo finance and enter ATMI and get detailed quote. then go down to the news releases of Oct 5 and 6 to read about the intellectual property of ATMI and also about the launching of the second of three new products or processes that ATMI hinted at recently. There is still one to come. Carl Johnson sounded optimistic about the long term prospects. I visited the company several times in the last few years and was impressed with their long term plans and it now appears that they are right on track. They have about 90 mil in cash [secondary at 29.50 in April and holding for advantageous acquisitions. Interesting patent portfolio and relatively high ratio of patents to no of employees. One more point== altho equipment sales are slow, much of the business is generated by the volume of production in the industry so that as chip production increases [even aat lower prices] the demand for ATMI's consumables should strengthen.
