I just finished listening to the call. While I didn't take notes, Rick did seem to exude much confidence in NVLS position for the upturn.

The alliance with LRCX, IPEC is producing successes for all three companies and seemed to be beating any reasonable expectations for generating revenue. It also sounds as if they're the only ones with Copper in Production: i.e. NVLS Cu CVD, LRCX's Cu etch and IPEC's CMP.

All in all, much less doom and gloom than I had expected; a lot of "congratulations for a nice quarter" comments coming from the analysts; and generally an indication that, while the bleeding hasn't stopped, new wounds aren't being opened.
