Maurice: You are assuming that the Q will win and that it will only cost 1% of future revenues. You also said that both QUALCOMM and L M Ericsson are all talk in regards to their IPR. The Q and Ericy have been in talks, but I never stated that. That has been posted on this forumn. which is why QUALCOMM had been selling cdmaOne technology for a decade without being prosecuted can I quote you on a decade? dave
