I agree Victor. Some people have VERY valid criticisms (e.g. Freddie, Dick Lee, and others) but SOME (LE, Lurker, etc.) have continual criticisms and NEVER comment on positive action. The stock price suffers. FAMH has made a mess of things in the past but are FINALLY making headway so that they can report accurately to the public. That is my assessment of the situation. The company (past actions) have clearly set it up for lawsuits BUT (as you so accurately point out) even lawsuits with LARGE companies ususally just line the attorney's pockets. What purpose would they serve here? In my opinion, NONE ... at least as far as the shareholders are concerned. later, leroyt
