Joe.... IMHO, in order to put the hammer on these MM's, meticulous records of these daily transactions will have to be scrutinized by the "powers that be". Are you keeping a backup of all the info you have gathered thus far??? It seems to me that "denials" in the face of accusations could certainly be refuted by your records.
