2 cents worth. I believe that if Actrade was running a scam, it would have been over with. It has been a year now. Short Interest is slowly decreasing. When the market gets its legs Actrade will break the 17 resistance level. Actrade will finally get their analyst coverage. I think 2 respectable analysts will pick up coverage in the year to come. After the first one, Actrade will go into the twentys. I will buy once over 18. Ryan Plovie (forced out of the market, but still a believer)
