OK. Just a thought - the speech was at 8:30 am - 10 am, and I figured that combined with the Baan news, some people might figure now was as good a time to exit, if they were thinking about exiting.

Also, I don't expect that many people tuned into the speech, but there is a lot of press online, etc on it, which is even more favorable to MS than the speech was.
