NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1998-- Gateway today is first to announce a home PC that incorporates Intel's latest 450MHz Pentium(R) II Xeon(TM) processor. The GX-450XL is a fully featured multimedia powerhouse. Sales begin October 19, 1998.

The powerful GX-450XL gives Gateway clients one of the most robust systems on the market today.
