But that didn't help the stock price.

However, now that the stock is below $1, things become interesting. If the SLVR insiders don't start buying, they will probably need to reverse split the stock at some point to attact future investors.

I continue to believe that there is nothing wrong with this stock. In 2002 they should be profitable, if not before. I think people who already own the stock are just running out of patience. It will take four more restaurants to make them profitable, in my view. That equates to one or two a year, starting in 1999. Plus they might need to dilute the stock at some point to raise additional financing, so that will have an impact.
