Tell me, does it surprise you that Gateway is using the 450 MHz Xeon? Would it surprise you if Gateway announced they were using a K6-2? Maybe now you can see why one anouncement is irrelevant, and the other (if it happens) would be significant. In any case, only a pure sucker would buy a Xeon for their home computer--unless their whole house is networked off of it. Kevin
