Regarding additional stock offering; if CYTYC needs to raise

capital , it could be possible. It seems that the next big

expense would be promoting product and introducing it to the

world at large.

attributable to an initial shipment of ThinPrep 2000 instruments and

ThinPrep Pap Test supplies of approximately $700,000 to the Company's

distributor in Australia. "

We may be hearing more from Australia and other US hopsitals.

There is no way we can guess what will happen next or

who will control the companies decision making policies,

but the future looks promising .
