I'm voting against the so-called offer as well. Like every other pissed-off shareholder here, they have not yet convinced me that we are getting value for our dollar (CDN or US). I've only got 5,000 shares, but that's still 5,000 more than Cooper has (I think!) They are foolish to think we'd bite for 5 cents more than the previous buyout.

I also don't think a class-action suit will benefit anyone other than the lawyers.
