Scott: See you're sharing my misery with NT - I own it by virtue of the Bay deal. Roth seems like a real turkey. Now, to get to ANDA matters, this bringing on of Jackson Hole Advisors could be quite significant - what I have heard is that the recapitalization mentioned in the release in all likelihood will result in accretion for current shareholders. Another goal is to get more stock in the public float, and more sponsorship. They (JHA) have a good track record, and time will tell if they are successful in this instance. My bet is that they will, and the volume traded today seems to say that as well. Best, Wallace
