It never ceases to amaze me the number of people that piss and moan regarding a bad trade that they have made. They always like to blame everyone else but themselves.
Take this thread for example, if I invested in every issue that made its way onto this board without doing my own research, who is to blame for the poor performance or loss of my money.....myself alone. There are many hypers, doom sayers, and false advocates, but in the end....it was my decision to lay my money on the line. If I can be talked into a trade against my better judgement, I am perhaps in the wrong business.
This board is different in that there are some well known names that share ideas without the backlash of other boards. Not any of our picks are going to move higher 100% of the time. And if I invest in one that moves lower, you can bet I am not going to go on a tirade about it.
I must say, I do appreciate the insight this board gives as to each of our picks for the day, and I hope it continues. If I scream LBFC, LBFC, I do not expect everyone to go and purchase it, I am just trying to give food for thought as we all do. Those that make good suggestions day after day, naturally gain credibility while those that choose and lose, filter to the bottom....at least in my book.
To those that can't do their own quick research to determine if something is in play, I ask one favor ...... buy CDs and get over yourselves.
As for RNTK, the news is out, and regardless of cost basis, those in the know made good on the information that they shared. For all the BS'ers on the Yahoo board, why would you rely on a board where any 15 year old can post. However, keep making those blind buys....I need your momentum.
To the rest on this board .... lets keep up the good teamwork and free flow of information, I think we are all prospering from it. For me, it is the only trading board that I follow every day....and my wife and Uncle Sam are very happy at the results.
