Art: As you know none of us an a clue as to wether the FDA will approve it or not. it is my stance that the FDA will reject it IF they can find one single loophole on which to hang their hats. The last deal was a ruse and far from any kind of fair appraisal of the product. This one will succeed only if the FDA feels some potential political repercussion if they do NOT approve it. Otherwise the political pressure from the AHP side will win, the merits of the product not withstanding. I still have a couple thousand shares so i hope it gets approved too CRDoug PS I was really glad to see it hold up so well in this last sell off now it needs to climb back to the 5-6s
