Vicky, it does not matter whether one buys 50 or 5000 shares .. so long as one makes money and not let the market take one's heart away. A paltry 100 shares of CSCO that I bought in '93-'94 has become over 1000 shares today (approximate, I don't want to fiddle around with looking up splits but you get my drift). And 1000 shares is no longer paltry, my dear.
