FRIESS ASSOCIATES INC OAK ASSOCIATES LTD AMERICAN CENTURY COS BARCLAYS BANK PLC FRANKLIN RESOURCES INC MORGAN STANLEY D WITTER HORSLEY BRIDGE PTRNS INC Top Insiders: BRENTWOOD ASSOCIATES VI ALCATEL DATA NETWORKS S A KIM STEVE Y TAYLOR TRUDE C WALECKA JOHN L HILL DOUGLAS HALL KEVIN G BAILEY JOHN ARVIN RENE (In order of ownership. ALA owns 6.48 %, the third largest shareholder behind only BRENTWOOD ASSOCIATES VI and AMERINDO INVMT ADVISORS). Looks like ALA may have a bigger influence in this deal than we anicipated. Can ALA posibly buy out XYLN ? This would also explain ALA and CSCO parting ways this week. Cheers, Peppe
