Jim, don't know about the 10KSB/A for 1998 - Like you say, maybe late. Don't know about this company - Lots of info and not sure of some of the information listed. The only thing about this stock is that it has increased for the past week or so. I bought some at 4 cents and will hold for awhile to see where it goes. Don't know why it is going up as I don't think this is a stock I would recommend to anyone. Who can understand penny stocks. I own EUTO which looks great but it "swims" around the 3-4 cent mark and this stock goes up without news. Go figure. Regards, BJM
