Ciena at this point is a strong buy,

imo, even they lose this qtr, ciena technology is the key especially the DirectConnect feature of OC-192. It seems that people who're selling out now are the same type of people who bought in at 92, very likely do not know what ciena is but if it's going up for last few months it must be good type, and the same applies here, if it is going down for a few weeks it must be bad.
