Hi, poodle!

"NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Notice is hereby given that an amended class action complaint was filed today in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of .... (fill in here)"

We can see such text in hundreds this year. But, what's about the outcome, cash proceedings for the defrauded investor and premiums for the lawyers? Either they are never published or as another guy explained me, only a small fraction of the complaints is sucessful. Occasionally; I red thru sec filings but most I found there hav been complaints about fraudulent brokers or dealers cornering the market.

That was the point, so the lawyers won't get rich on those jobs.

What do you think?

C.
