Silicon Investor would have no liability in any such litigation. It is the individual who is being accused of market manipulation that could potentially have some liability under certain circumstances. That is a very, very small portion of the people who might post on SI. It would not have any material effect, I would argue, on revenues for subscriptions or ads. This should not be a concern for GNET.
