It doesn't surprise me that company isn't buying shares. Even if their original intent was sincere (have doubts), they are wise not to blow their money propping up the stock. The market sucks so bad they should forget that approach, and they probably have. I'd rather see that money go into marketing, payoffs, kickbacks, schmoozing, golf contacts and other things that really matter in business.
