Rick,

I brought up ethics in regards to your continual posting of false information you received from GE which you never bothered to verify with REFR. When I asked why you had not bothered to check this information with the company you responded "why should I? I was making money."

The reason you "should have" is that your posts misled many innocent people, just as Jonathan Babb has done with his comments on REFR's equity financing. What he has NOT been able to do is dispute the facts. He cannot say that what I posted in Post #980 is inaccurate (on the contrary, his father spoke with Joe Harary about it) and he is avoiding having any confrontation on the FACTS.

Now I understand your motives are to make money and that in order to do so you need REFR stockholders to sell. I also know that you have no problem lying to people in order to get them to do so. I happen to believe that people are smarter than that and that they will look at the facts of the issues before them.

The facts are:

1. The equity financing by REFR gives REFR ALL the options.
2. Other US funds sought out REFR to give them financing but REFR chose Ailouros because they had worked with them before and Ailouros was willing to give in to ALL REFR's stipulations
3. Ailouros cannot force REFR to sell them ONE share of stock below the FLOOR price that REFR determines. REFR is only obligated to sell 65,500 shares under the Class B warrants at the PREMIUM price of $8.25.
4. REFR has plenty of cash to last for the next three years and is delivering the commercial batches of "goop" to licensees in the 4th quarter. There is nothing for which they need cash at this time.
5. Three licensees are in precommercialization stages. TWO of the THREE have had their CEO and President make announcements to the press that they intend to product SPD products shortly.
6.REFR has NO debt and 8 MILLION in cash and has announced they are buying stock at these levels.
7. Ailouros announced they were buying REFR stock on the open market.
8. A top-tier automotive supplier will become a licensee in 1998.

Now those are FACTS guys and even if I were Hitler, the Anti-Christ and Marilyn Manson rolled into one they would STILL be the facts.

As far as ethics go I suggest you go see "Return to Paradise." It is about someone recognizing that we are all connected and that what may seem like an insignificant act at the time can have horrendous consequences for a fellow human being. The movie tells the story of one man recognizing his responsibility and changing his course.

You may make money doing what you do, but I would rather die in poverty than have to resort to the morals you display.
