Stephen Case sold 400,648 shares on May 5 of '98 for 36 Million Dollars...His average selling price was $83-90 dollars per share...If he sold because he knew AOL was going to tank he should have waited until AOL got up to 140 per share....Insiders are always selling...If you look at the MSFT Investor Insider Selling area you will literally see dozens and dozens of insider sales over the last 2 years....Insider selling is not as predictive as insider buying...I still say AOL is on track to beat the concensus of .23 by a wide margin...The Insider Sales will prove to be irrelevant to the Company's outlook going forward.
