Good thought, but if CIEN is early, then that won't help. As others revise downward, they will also feel the pain of continued poor market psychology. I expect we'll see more downward pressure all around (Dow, S/P and Naz) and then a fleeting rally in Nov/Dec.

Tax loss selling, like the holidays, seem to start earlier each year. As I see it, the "January effect" is now in December.
