I have seen your recommendation to short ENER. I would strongly urge you to do some extra homework, because your choice could be very expensive for you & the people who might follow your recommendation. ENER has more potential than any company I have seen & is currently been discounted to less than the value of the tax-loss carryover & the cash. Your criteria for shorting candidates has failed you in this instance. You are a little late.
