bgtit, CNBC didn't say anything about "OTC-BB stocks" only Nasdaq listed stocks that were in jeopardy of being de-listed. This includes the Nasdaq big board and the Nasdaq small cap listed stocks. The reason given was that these stocks are trading below $1.00 and must move above $1.00 within 30 days or be de-listed. We all know that OTC-BB stocks can trade below $1.00 forever. I know this has nothing to do with DCTC, my point is that even many "listed" stocks have been driven down below a buck and that we may not be so bad off in our current position. KL
