I was pondering this same consideration. However, given the alternatives that we currently face, I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth.... <vbg>

But I think the danger is low. GRNO's processor still utilizes specialized parts such as the Thermal Oxidizer, which would be difficult to obtain there.

Patent news very encouraging from my perspective and certainly gives some measure of respectability to the process that didn't formally exist.
