Did I touch a sensitive nerve with respect to Motorola? And, I wrote the second and third paragraphs, I was merely replying to the first.

It is not worth arguing with someone who knows little, if anything, about the patenting process in the world, much less than the US.

I think QUALCOMM will win the IPR debate and it will not cost much at all.

And the Q will ask you to testify as their only expert, too! I am glad that you are so sure, b/c many unexpected things can happen.
