Lonnie, I do not mean to imply that dishonesty or lawbreaking by co execs is acceptable or tolerable. It is not, of course.

If you want Arif to go to jail, than he must be criminally prosecuted, presumably by the SEC or the Attorney Gen of the co's home state. If you want to try to get money out of FAMH in compensation for investing losses due to fraudulent claims by mgt., then a shareholder lawsuit would be the vehicle. These are two different issues.

But I am almost certain that FAMH has very little money to pay out, even if they were to lose such a shareholder suit. And I can pretty much guarrantee that no shareholder would see a nickel after the lawyer(s) got their cut.

But my larger point is that even the stocks of "good" penny stock co's with lots of potential run by honest, straigtforward principles will gyrate like crazy, and that anyone who looks at any penny stock as a long-term buy and hold situation is not going to be pleased in the end. They are trading vehicles at best, IMO.

I do not make judgements about other investors / traders. I do not think anyone "deserves" to lose or make money in stocks.

Lonnie, you make a lot of good points; unfortunately many of them are not very flattering of FAMH. The facts as we know them to date are not very reassuring.

Victor
