Another possibility would be a buyout. I know a company, already in the restaurant business in a different part of the country, that might be interested. I wonder if A) This would be a company that could interest another company in a buyout....I think yes, if the other company thinks it has the management expertise to turn this one around and/or use the locations for another type of restaurant, and, b) I wonder if SLVR management would be interested in being bought out. Thinking out loud, I guess. Suppose I should phone them.
