Paul, They work absolutely fine in one or two XEON systems. It is only with 4 XEONS hooked up that problems arise at 450 MHz. 400 MHz XEONS work fine in 4-way systems, if they are certified by Intel. It seems like a lot of fine print. Maybe Intel should add "void where prohibited" Joe
