Tell them you want a box of kefir culture starter. I made some this weekend and it was quite simple. I used just whole milk and it came out a really thick and creamy texture. The flavoring is the hardest part. Finding the right amount of fruit and sugar, I use honey because I have to. The apple cinnamon tasted good. My blueberry and strawberry didn't come out that great though. None of my attempts came anywhere close to being as good as the finished product that LWAY puts out. I wonder how long it took them to get the right formula down pat.
