The fact that MSFT hasn't been able to do it so far.... I'm an Oracle fan, but we should not discount Microsoft. NASDAQ's web site gets 13 million hits a day, and as I posted recently it runs on NT. Today I confirmed what database they run -- Microsoft's SQL Server.
