Certainly glad you took my comments as they were intended. BTW how did you discover the Reg S financing? Clearly not from Cavior or MTEN. Like you, I have been nailed by Reg S with MOOR, NOFF, etc. and usually did not find out until the float was saturated and the price dumped. I am really interested in finding a way to detect Reg S early.
