Well, yes, I watch certain stocks as sector indicators, but I'm not surethat would be generally useful. If one doesn't know what to do with a particular signal, what would be the point?

I think people need to find a relationship on their own. If so and so watches the S&P futures, that might tell them something. But if you don't know what relationship that has to the stocks you are watching, it could be counter productive. What I look at is specific to the way I trade and my obbjectives and risk tolerance and education and esperience and preference.

Doing what I do won't make someone a better trader. Watching what I watch won't tell them what I am looking for or when to move. But, on the other hand, if they discover for themselves a relationship they now have something to feel comfortable about when going long or short - regardless how right they are.

Can you tell I only got 4 hours sleep last night?
